About

Resilient connectivity, built for where it can't fail.

HAMR-FORGE is a U.S.-based company building FORGE OS, a bonded, encrypted software-defined router for teams operating at the edge of connectivity. We started from a simple conviction: the people who need resilient comms the most are rarely network engineers, and they shouldn't have to be.

Our mission is to make carrier-grade resiliency and security something a non-technical operator can deploy, run, and trust, anywhere the mission takes them.
What we believe
01
Operator-first
The field operator is the primary user. If a non-technical person can't stand it up and read its status, we haven't finished the job.
02
Honest by design
Green means it's genuinely working, never just "plugged in." We would rather surface an honest amber than a comforting lie.
03
Secure by default
Encryption, mutual authentication, and fail-closed isolation are enforced, not optional. There is no insecure mode to misconfigure.
04
Sovereign & supportable
U.S.-based, with a clear engineering owner, FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography in the data path (CMVP #5247), and a roadmap to product-level certification and STIG mapping for government environments.
Leadership

Built by the engineer who answers the phone.

Where we are

Validated on the bench. Headed to the field.

FORGE OS has been validated on a faithful WAN-emulation rig, bonding real link scenarios (matched, mismatched, 5G + Starlink, GEO) at 78-87% of combined throughput, with correct hot-standby failover past ~500 ms of skew. A live-radio field trial is the next milestone.
